About these terms
These terms cover use of Cascade’s website and its inquiry and creator interest forms. Cascade connects organizations and creators around AI safety communications. Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to the contact address below.
Inquiries and opportunities
Sending an inquiry or registering interest in the creator network does not create a paid engagement, employment relationship, exclusive representation or a commitment to publish. Opportunities depend on fit and availability. Campaigns, events and paid work may have separate written terms, including scope, fees, payment, content rights and cancellation arrangements. Those terms govern the relevant engagement.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate someone else, submit malicious or unlawful material, interfere with the site or attempt to access information without authorization. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site.
Your work and information
Submitting a profile or link does not transfer ownership of your work or give Cascade permission to publish it as campaign content. Any campaign usage rights are agreed separately. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy notice; optional permission to mention creator interest to funders is requested separately.
Website content and links
You may link to this website and share short attributed excerpts where permitted by law. Other reuse of text, images, logos or third-party material may require the relevant rights holder’s permission. A link to a creator or another organization does not by itself imply their endorsement of Cascade.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the site useful and current, but information and opportunities may change. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of errors. Linked websites are operated by their own providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
